About the app. The employee self-service portal for businesses running the Oro system: view attendance, leave, rewards, deductions and payroll, and submit requests. This is an internal work tool: accounts are created and managed by your employer, and all work data is stored on your employer's own self-hosted Oro server — not on our central servers.

Data the app collects:

• Account data: the username and password created for you by your employer (no self sign-up inside the app).
• Profile picture (optional): if you choose to upload one using the system photo picker.
• HR data: your attendance, leave and payroll records as maintained by your employer, together with contact details, tasks, attachments and requests you submit to your employer. Leave requests may contain health information that you choose to provide.
• Precise location: for attendance and task verification. With your explicit consent, Oro HR collects location in the background even when the app is closed or not in use, only during a recorded work shift (maximum 24 hours). Your employer uses it to calculate time inside and outside your assigned work zone. Android displays a persistent notification and iPhone displays a location indicator. Stop tracking in Attendance and Location or revoke OS permission; other employee services remain available.
• Biometric unlock (fingerprint/face): processed entirely on your device by the operating system and never leaves your device.
• Push notification token: to deliver request and approval alerts.

Storage & transfer. Data is sent to the Oro server address configured by your employer (an employer-managed server). Store builds require encrypted HTTPS connections. Profile and payroll details remain in memory. Location samples may be temporarily stored in the app sandbox while offline and are removed after upload, stopping tracking or logout. Samples are accepted within 48 hours; server location tracking records have a 90-day automatic deletion policy. Employer backups may have separate retention policies. Notifications are delivered through Expo Push and the Apple/Google notification services. We do not sell your data, share it with third parties for advertising, and the app shows no ads.

Account & data deletion. Your account is managed by your employer. To delete your account or data, contact your company's Oro administrator, or email us at rdoaniv2013@gmail.com to coordinate a deletion request. Identify your employer and account without sending your password. Your employer explains any employment/payroll records it must retain and the applicable retention period. Uninstalling the app does not delete your employer account. iOS Keychain items can survive uninstall; disable biometric sign-in and sign out to remove local credentials.

Security, retention & children. Sign-in tokens are kept in the device secure store (Keychain/Keystore). Work data is retained by your employer under its internal policies while your account is active. The app is intended for professional use by adult employees and is not directed at children under 13.
